Social Gelo with Angelo is a concept I came up with when I moved to Japan and became a permanent resident (Puerto Rican American Expat). I had been out here since 2013, when one day (while listening to a podcast), it hit me! I could be sharing my experiences with everyone.Not only that, but I bet other people  have some pretty cool stories to share. So I put my podcast together to share ideas and stories (of martial artists and people from different backgrounds) from a psychological framework.

In 2018, I updated my mission statement and started focusing on meeting up with martial artists around the world. Being a part of the martial arts community is something that I am proud of . From Kajukenbo (Hawaiian Kenpo) to MMA, I have really enjoyed mixing it up with martial artists from different styles, while traveling around the world. My website server (shot out to squarespace) provided me with a lot of features. So, I created a few blogs.  Martial Arts and Life in Japan is my personal blog that shares stories I experienced out here in Japan. The social research and articles section goes over different social issues from a social psychology perspective. It took a lot for me to get out here to Japan to learn more about my history check out my bio here ( My Bio).
